As a family-run business, we treat every job likes it is our own home.
Our fully trained team of designers and installers work across the UK and are experts in the high quality fitting of fire suppression and fire sprinkler systems to existing and new build homes – all carried out to BS 9251 standard.
We can look after 2-bedroom homes and mansions right up to large scale new build developments, with each job receiving bespoke drawings and a dedicated project manager to make the entire process as easy and cost effective as possible.
On completion, our ‘inspection’ expert will ensure the ‘aesthetic’ appearance of the installation is first class, so the look of your home is exactly how you expect it to be.
Services we provide:
Design
Following an initial meeting and assessment, the project manager will design a full sprinkler solution to suit your exact requirements.
Materials
All materials for the project are sourced by our installation team, using a network of manufacturers to ensure quality and the best possible price.
Installation
Installation of the sprinkler system is carried out by a dedicated project team and is scheduled to fit in with your daily activities.
We can turn jobs around in a matter of days from the designs being approved.
Testing
After the completion of each installation, the project manager will carry out a complete test of the sprinkler system in accordance with Government legislation.
Maintenance
It is crucial that fire protection systems are maintained so they function effectively at critical times, insurance conditions are met and warranties are not invalidated.
We offer bespoke maintenance and servicing plans on both our own installations and on previously installed systems.
Fixed term service agreements are also available for care homes, management companies, schools and housing associations.
Care homes, local authorities and developers
In addition to working with residential customers, Hartill Domestic Sprinklers also has considerable experience fitting systems for care homes, local authorities and housing developers.
Again, our team will work with the client to identify the right solution for their requirements before managing the entire installation and testing process.
This can range from ten sprinklers to one thousand and increasingly we are being called in to offer solutions to complex projects that other companies can’t fulfill.
New legislation
The Welsh Assembly has passed legislation that demands domestic sprinkler systems should be fitted to all new builds in the country.
This should come into law in April 2013, but we are already seeing major housing/independent developers and local authorities starting to factor this into their projects.
As a result, Hartill Domestic Sprinklers has developed a special service package where we will offer a ‘no cost’ initial assessment to the client and access to our flexible ‘trouble shooting’ approach.
This means you can call us in to do just one element of the work, whether that is design, installation or testing and maintenance.
